To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the applicable Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms
